Managing requests on your dashboard

Your dashboard is mission control. Every request a tenant submits shows up here, newest first, with urgent issues surfaced automatically.

Find what matters

  • Filter by property, status, priority, or category.
  • Requests are color-coded by priority so urgent work stands out.

Work a request

  1. Click a request to open its full detail: description, photos, and the running history of updates.
  2. Update the status as work progresses (New → In Progress → Resolved).
  3. Add internal notes to keep a record of what's happening.
  4. Assign a vendor when you're ready (see Vendors, photos & costs).
Using the mobile app? You'll get a push notification the moment a new request comes in, so you can triage from anywhere.
